Referrals
Referral programme terms.
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These terms govern the Kovalabs customer referral programme. They apply between you and Kovalabs from the moment you accept them in your account and create your referral link. They sit alongside our terms of sale, which continue to apply to every order.
Kovalabs is a trading name of Floww Group Limited, registered in England & Wales, company number 15986643, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. Kovalabs supplies research-grade peptides strictly for laboratory research use only, for use by qualified researchers. They are not medicinal products, hold no UK marketing authorisation, have not been assessed or approved by the MHRA, are not presented to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any condition, and are not for human or animal consumption. See our full research disclaimer.
1. How the programme works
You share your personal referral link or code. When someone who has not ordered from Kovalabs before uses it, they get 15% off their first order, and you win a discount code of your own.
Each researcher you refer unlocks a discount code for you, and each one is worth more than the last: 15% off, then 20%, then 30%. None of them carries a minimum spend. The programme runs to three referrals, so three codes in total.
Joining is free. You never pay anything for the opportunity to take part, and no purchase is ever required to join or to stay in the programme. Every reward is a percentage of an order somebody actually placed. You are not paid for introducing people, only for orders they go on to place, and you never earn anything from people your friend goes on to refer.
A referral counts once your friend's order reaches GBP 10 of products, after any discount and excluding tax and delivery. Rewards are paid in discount codes, never in cash.
2. Who can take part
You need two orders and to be 18 or over. Orders count whether you checked out with an account or as a guest, and if you later create an account with the same address they come with you. You must be 18 or over. One person may hold one referral code, and that code stays with you: we do not reissue codes, because a replaced code would strand referrals already in progress. We may also invite individual customers to join earlier.
A reward is paid on a referred person's first order only. If somebody has ordered from us before, whether through your link or not, their next order does not earn a referral reward.
3. When your code arrives, and how long you have
Your code is created as soon as your friend's order comes through, and you can use it straight away. There is no waiting period. We email it to you and it also appears in your account, so you can find it again without hunting through your inbox. If the order behind it is later cancelled or refunded, we may withdraw the code as set out in section 7.
Each code is valid for 30 days from the day you win it. The exact date is printed on the code, in the email that delivers it, and next to it in your account, so you always know where you stand. If a code runs out before you use it, it stops working, and we cannot reinstate it. Winning a new referral always wins you a new code with a fresh 30 days.
4. Where you may share your link
Share your link privately with people you know: a message, an email, a conversation. That is what the programme is for, and it needs no special labelling.
If you post your link or code anywhere public instead, including social media, forums, comment sections, group chats you are not part of socially, or any page or channel you run, that post is advertising under UK advertising rules, because you are being rewarded for it. You must then label it clearly as advertising, using "Ad", "Advert", "Advertisement", or "Ad Feature", shown upfront and before anyone has to click. Labels such as "referral", "affiliate", "collab", a discount code on its own, or tagging us are not enough, because regulators have found that people do not understand them.
Do not buy advertising of any kind that features your link or code, do not bid on Kovalabs or our product names in search advertising, and do not use your link in unsolicited bulk messages or email. Do not share your link with people under 18, and do not share it into communities or audiences defined by a health condition or goal.
This is a programme for recommending us to people you know. If you have an audience and want to promote Kovalabs properly, that is our partner programme, which is a different arrangement with different obligations and pays in cash rather than discount codes.
5. What you must not say
When you tell someone about Kovalabs, you must not make any medicinal, therapeutic, dosing, or human-use claims about any product. Do not describe, imply, or suggest that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, or improves any condition, or that it is suitable for human consumption.
You must also not claim or imply that any product produces a physiological, metabolic, cognitive, hormonal, aesthetic, athletic, or body-related outcome of any kind, whether or not a condition is named. This applies however it is conveyed, whether stated directly, shown, hinted at, or framed as a popular use or goal. In particular, do not publish before and after photos or transformation content; testimonials or personal stories that state or imply you or anyone else has consumed a product; images or video of a product being consumed or injected; dosing, cycling, or protocol suggestions; comparisons with, or positioning as a cheaper alternative to, any licensed prescription medicine; or claims that any product is safe, mild, or free of side effects.
Indirect references count. UK regulators treat imagery and hints the same as express claims, and they hold us responsible for what people rewarded by our programme publish. If we tell you that something you have posted breaches this section, you must correct or remove it within 24 hours.
6. Referrals we do not reward
We do not pay a reward where:
- you refer yourself, including ordering under a different email address, a variation of your own address, or another account you control. You cannot use your own code on your own orders;
- the person has ordered from Kovalabs before, or their first order has already earned somebody else a referral reward;
- the order is already credited to our partner programme, because a partner introduced that sale;
- the order is cancelled, refunded, unpaid, or never dispatched; or
- the referral came from activity that breaches sections 4 or 5.
If a referral is not rewarded, you can see the reason in your account. If you think a decision is wrong, contact us and we will look at it.
7. If the order is cancelled or refunded
Your friend's legal rights are unaffected by this programme, including any right to cancel and their rights if something is wrong with what they receive.
If an order that won you a code is cancelled, or refunded so far that it no longer reaches the GBP 10 minimum, the referral no longer counts and we withdraw any code from it that you have not yet used. A partial refund that still leaves the order above that minimum changes nothing: your friend bought, so your code stands. We do not reduce a code because part of an order came back, because a discount code cannot be made smaller.
If you have already used the code, it stays used. We do not take back a discount you have already had, we do not bill you for it, and we do not deduct it from anything you win later.
8. How your codes work
Each code is a discount off an order placed with Kovalabs. It can be used once, by you. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to a payment method, and cannot be sold or given to anyone else. It is not a stored balance, it is not electronic money, and it is not a payment service.
A code takes its percentage off the products on your order, before delivery. Where a code carries a minimum, that minimum is the value of the products before any discount and does not include delivery. Only one discount code applies to an order, so a referral code cannot be combined with another offer. If an order you used a code on is refunded, the refund is the amount you actually paid, and the code is not returned to you.
9. Your privacy, and your friend's
We never ask you for your friends' names, email addresses, or any other details, and we do not contact anyone on your behalf. You share your own link, with whoever you choose.
Your account shows how many times your link has been clicked, how many orders it has produced, and what you have earned. It never shows who those people are, what they ordered, or when. That is deliberate: who somebody is and what they research are theirs, not yours. Equally, the person you refer is not told what you earned.
Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data, and our cookie policy explains the cookie that records which link somebody arrived through.
10. Suspension, changes, and ending the programme
We may suspend or remove you from the programme, and withhold or reverse rewards, where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, or where referrals show signs of manipulation such as self-referral, fake accounts, or automated traffic. Where we do that, we will tell you why. Codes you have already won honestly are not affected.
We may change these terms or close the programme, including the rewards each referral wins. Changes apply to referrals made after the change, never retrospectively: a code you have already won keeps the value and the expiry date it was issued with. If we close the programme, codes you already hold stay valid until their dates.
You can leave at any time by asking us to close your referral link. Codes you have already won remain yours to use.
11. Tax
You are responsible for any tax that may be due on rewards you receive. We do not provide tax advice, and nothing on this page is tax advice. If you are unsure how a reward affects you, speak to HMRC or a qualified adviser.
12. Complaints, and the law that applies
If something about the programme has gone wrong, contact us and we will put it right where we can. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
