Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.99, next working day on orders placed before 2pm.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £2.99, 1-2 working days.
Tracking link emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned in by Royal Mail.

Cut-off times

Place your order before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, and it goes out the same working day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays ship on the next working day.

Packaging

Lyophilised vials are vacuum-sealed and shipped in temperature-stable, plain padded mailers. No external branding mentions the contents.

International

We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is in the works.

Payment

All major UK debit and credit cards are accepted. Payment is processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider — we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

Returns

Because of the nature of the products, we can't accept returns once an order has shipped, unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective. Contact our team within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it.
