UK shipping
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £6.95, next working day on orders placed before 2pm.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.95, 1-2 working days.
- Free Tracked 24 delivery on orders over £75.
- Tracking link emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned in by Royal Mail.
Cut-off times
Place your order before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, and it goes out the same working day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays ship on the next working day.
Packaging
Lyophilised vials are vacuum-sealed and shipped in temperature-stable, plain padded mailers. No external branding mentions the contents.
International
We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is in the works.
Payment
We use secure pay-by-bank (open banking). At checkout you are redirected to approve the payment directly in your own banking app - there are no card details to enter, and we never see or store your payment information. Prices are shown in GBP and are the total price payable for the products; no VAT is added at checkout, and delivery is charged separately as set out above.
Returns
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. The right applies to each vial while it remains sealed and unused; once a seal is broken that vial can't be returned, for health and hygiene reasons, but still-sealed items can. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we'll replace it or refund you in full and we pay the return postage.
