UK shipping

Cut-off times

Place your order before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, and it goes out the same working day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays ship on the next working day.

Packaging

Lyophilised vials are vacuum-sealed and shipped in temperature-stable, plain padded mailers. No external branding mentions the contents.

Channel Islands and Isle of Man

We deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man at the same prices as the mainland, including free delivery over the threshold above, and you choose from the same Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 options at checkout. Island parcels are handed to the local postal service for the final leg, so allow a little longer than a mainland delivery. Isle of Man parcels carry no customs paperwork; Jersey and Guernsey parcels travel with a customs declaration, which we complete for you.

Jersey may charge 5% GST on orders over £60 (including any postage), set by the Government of Jersey and payable by you. It is not always applied. If Jersey Customs do charge it, they contact you with a payment reference before delivery; Jersey Customs do not add a handling fee, and Jersey Post deliver as soon as it is paid. Guernsey currently has no import charges. There is nothing you need to do in advance.

International

We do not yet ship outside the UK and Crown Dependencies.

Payment

We use secure pay-by-bank (open banking). At checkout you are redirected to approve the payment directly in your own banking app - there are no card details to enter, and we never see or store your payment information. Prices are shown in GBP and are the total price payable for the products; no VAT is added at checkout, and delivery is charged separately as set out above.

Returns and issues

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. Research compounds and bacteriostatic water are temperature-sensitive sterile products that we cannot verify or resell once they have left our storage, so they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right and cannot be returned or exchanged after dispatch. If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs and we replace it at our cost.
