Returns
Because of the nature of the products, we can't accept returns once an order has shipped, and vials must remain sealed for any claim. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a defect visible through the sealed packaging, report it to our team within 14 days of delivery and we'll either replace it or refund you in full - your choice. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue where possible, so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method. We process them within 14 days of agreeing the refund with you. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been sent.
Your statutory rights
