Common questions
Are these products for human use?
No. All Kovalabs products are sold strictly for laboratory research. They are not pharmaceuticals, supplements, food, or cosmetics, and must not be administered to humans or animals.
Do I need to be a registered lab to order?
No, but you must be at least 18 years old and confirm at checkout that the products are for legitimate research. We do not sell to anyone intending personal consumption.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2pm UK time ship the same working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's dispatched.
Where do you ship to?
United Kingdom only at this stage. International shipping is on the roadmap once we have the right paperwork in place.
What is the purity of your peptides?
Minimum 99%, verified by third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry. Certificates of analysis are issued per batch.
How are the peptides stored before shipping?
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) and kept at −20°C in temperature-monitored freezers until dispatch. Once you receive them, store in a fridge unreconstituted, or freeze for long-term storage.
Do you provide reconstitution advice?
We provide a general reconstitution calculator for research planning only. We do not give dosing, medical, or therapeutic advice of any kind.
What's your return policy?
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
How do I pay?
All major UK debit/credit cards. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
Why is some stock missing?
We rotate inventory based on independent test results. If a peptide is out of stock it's because we're waiting on a fresh batch to clear QC.
