Partners
Referral partner agreement.
Last updated: 12 June 2026
This page is the program policy summary for the Kovalabs referral partner program. It sets out what partners may and may not do, how commissions work, and when commissions can be withheld or reversed. By applying to the program you agree to these terms.
Kovalabs is a trading name of Floww Group Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 15986643, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. Kovalabs supplies research-grade peptides for research use only, not for human consumption. See our full research disclaimer and terms of sale.
1. Prohibited-claims policy
Your promotion of Kovalabs is treated as the merchant's regulated advertising. You must not make any medicinal, therapeutic, dosing, or human-use claims about any product. Do not describe, imply, or suggest that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, or improves any condition, or that it is suitable for human consumption.
In particular, do not publish: before and after photos or transformation content; testimonials or personal stories that state or imply you or anyone else has consumed a product; images or video of a product being consumed or injected; dosing, cycling, or protocol suggestions; comparisons with licensed medicines or references to GLP-1 or similar prescription treatment categories; or claims that any product is safe, mild, or free of side effects. Indirect references count. UK regulators treat imagery and hints the same as express claims.
Do not direct promotion at people under 18, and do not promote Kovalabs in communities or to audiences defined by a health condition or goal, such as dieting, fertility, injury recovery, or physique-focused forums and groups.
All promotion must stay within a for-research-use-only framing. Where you describe a product, present it as supplied for laboratory research purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of everything you publish that references Kovalabs. If we notify you that content breaches this policy, you must correct or remove it within 24 hours.
2. Advertising-disclosure obligation
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your paid relationship with Kovalabs wherever you promote us. Label promotional content with an explicit advertising label: "Ad", "Advert", "Advertisement", or "Ad Feature", displayed upfront. A platform's paid partnership tool may be used in addition to that label, not instead of it. Labels such as "affiliate", "aff", "spon", "collab", "gifted", a discount code alone, or simply tagging Kovalabs are not enough, because regulators have found that people do not understand them. The disclosure must be visible before, or at the point of, any referral link or code.
Label every piece of content individually. That includes each post, each story frame, each reel or video, each livestream, and each newsletter or blog section that features your link or code. The label must be visible before people click or interact, on whatever they see first, including on mobile. Putting your link in a bio or profile does not remove the need to label the content that points people there. If only part of a piece of content promotes Kovalabs, label that part clearly. A general statement that some links may earn you commission is not sufficient.
Undisclosed advertising is not just a breach of this policy. It is a banned practice under UK consumer protection law (the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024), and the CAP Code requires ads to be obviously identifiable. You are personally responsible for your own content under that law, alongside Kovalabs. The CMA and Trading Standards can take enforcement action against you directly.
3. Approved channels, no spam, and brand-term bidding
- Promote only through channels you own or have a clear right to use. Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) by email, SMS, messaging apps, or comment posting is not permitted.
- Do not bid on Kovalabs brand terms (including the "Kovalabs" name, misspellings, and domain variants) in paid search or other paid advertising without our prior written approval.
- Do not represent yourself as Kovalabs, register confusingly similar domains or accounts, or use our marks except as we approve.
- Do not present yourself as an ordinary customer, and do not post or commission consumer reviews of Kovalabs or its products anywhere. Because you are paid, any review-style content from you is an advert and must be labelled as one. Concealed incentivised reviews are a banned practice under UK consumer protection law.
4. The commission scheme
- 15% commission on a referred customer's first order.
- 5% lifetime recurring commission on that customer's later orders.
- Commission is calculated on the product subtotal the customer actually pays after any discount. Shipping and any taxes are excluded.
- Referred customers get 10% off their first order. Your code is the uppercase form of your referral code and goes live when your account is approved; customers can enter it at checkout, and when they arrive through your link the same discount is applied to their basket automatically.
- Two ways to refer: your link or your code at checkout. Both carry the 10% discount for the customer. If both apply, the code takes precedence; either way one commission accrues.
- Attribution for link referrals is last-click: the 90-day window runs from the customer's most recent visit through your link. Code referrals are not time-windowed: the code applied at checkout credits you directly. Where a link and a code point to different partners, the code prevails.
- Commissions are held for 30 days, then become payable. Payouts run on or around the 1st of each month in GBP once your approved balance is over GBP 50.
We may amend this policy, including the commission rates, on at least 30 days' notice by email to your registered partner email address and a notice in your partner dashboard. Any change applies only to commissions accruing after the change takes effect. Material changes to the full programme terms require your re-acceptance.
You are responsible for your own tax on commission payments. We pay commission under a self-billing arrangement and issue a statement with each payout. Approved partners receive the self-billing agreement as part of the full programme terms.
Your dashboard shows, for each order you refer, the date, an order reference, the number of units, the order value after discount, the commission earned, and its status (including any later reversal), alongside anonymous click counts for your link. You are never shown which products were purchased, nor the referred customer's name, contact details, or address. We never share referred-customer personal data with partners. How we handle your own data as a partner is set out in the affiliate privacy notice.
5. Clawback and withholding
A commission can be withheld or reversed (clawed back from your balance) if the underlying order is refunded, charged back, or cancelled, if the order or referral is fraudulent or self-referred, or if the referral was generated in breach of this policy. Withheld and reversed amounts reduce your payable balance.
A self-referral is any order placed by you or for your own benefit, including orders by members of your household, by a business you own or control, through an account you operate, or paid for by you. Self-referrals earn no commission.
6. Approval, suspension, and termination
Applications are reviewed and approved manually. We may decline any application. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, including for breach of this policy, and we may withhold or reverse commissions tied to non-compliant promotion.
If your participation ends and you are not in breach, commissions you have already earned remain yours. They complete the normal 30-day hold, any refunds or chargebacks are deducted, and the final balance is paid in the next monthly payout run, even if it is below GBP 50. If we terminate for fraud or serious breach, commissions arising from the fraudulent or non-compliant activity are forfeited. Commissions unconnected to the breach remain payable.
Your place in the program is personal to you. You may not transfer it, or your right to commission, without our written consent.
7. Status of these terms
This page is a binding summary of the Kovalabs referral partner program policy. When you apply, you will be shown the full Referral Partner Agreement and its policies and asked to accept them before your account is approved. Once accepted, the full agreement is the entire agreement between you and Kovalabs for the program, and it governs where it and this summary differ. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
