Referral partner agreement.

Last updated: 3 July 2026

This page is the programme policy summary for the Kovalabs referral partner programme. It sets out what partners may and may not do, how commissions work, and when commissions can be withheld or reversed. When you apply you acknowledge these promotion rules; the binding agreement is accepted in your dashboard after approval.

Kovalabs is a trading name of Floww Group Limited, registered in England & Wales, company number 15986643, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. Kovalabs supplies research-grade peptides strictly for laboratory research use only, for use by qualified researchers. They are not medicinal products, hold no UK marketing authorisation, have not been assessed or approved by the MHRA, are not presented to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any condition, and are not for human or animal consumption. See our full research disclaimer and terms of sale.

1. Prohibited-claims policy

Your promotion of Kovalabs is treated as the merchant's regulated advertising. You must not make any medicinal, therapeutic, dosing, or human-use claims about any product. Do not describe, imply, or suggest that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, or improves any condition, or that it is suitable for human consumption.

You must also not claim or imply that any product produces a physiological, metabolic, cognitive, hormonal, aesthetic, athletic, or body-related outcome of any kind, whether or not a disease or condition is named. This applies however the outcome is conveyed - stated directly, shown, hinted at, or framed as a popular use or goal.

In particular, do not publish: before and after photos or transformation content; testimonials or personal stories that state or imply you or anyone else has consumed a product; images or video of a product being consumed or injected; dosing, cycling, or protocol suggestions; comparisons with, or positioning as a cheaper or alternative version of, any licensed prescription medicine (for example Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, Saxenda, semaglutide, or tirzepatide), or any "skinny jab" or GLP-1/GIP/incretin framing; or claims that any product is safe, mild, or free of side effects. Indirect references count. UK regulators treat imagery and hints the same as express claims.

Do not direct promotion at people under 18, and do not promote Kovalabs in communities or to audiences defined by a health condition or goal, such as dieting, fertility, injury recovery, or physique-focused forums and groups.

All promotion must stay within a for-research-use-only framing. Where you describe a product, present it as supplied for laboratory research purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of everything you publish that references Kovalabs. We actively monitor partner promotion and may review your content and ask you for the URLs of your live campaigns. If we notify you that content breaches this policy, you must correct or remove it within 24 hours.

2. Advertising-disclosure obligation

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your paid relationship with Kovalabs wherever you promote us. Label promotional content with an explicit advertising label: "Ad", "Advert", "Advertisement", or "Ad Feature", displayed upfront. A platform's paid partnership tool may be used in addition to that label, not instead of it. Labels such as "affiliate", "aff", "spon", "collab", "gifted", a discount code alone, or simply tagging Kovalabs are not enough, because regulators have found that people do not understand them. The disclosure must be visible before, or at the point of, any referral link or code.

Label every piece of content individually. That includes each post, each story frame, each reel or video, each livestream, and each newsletter or blog section that features your link or code. The label must be visible before people click or interact, on whatever they see first, including on mobile. Putting your link in a bio or profile does not remove the need to label the content that points people there. If only part of a piece of content promotes Kovalabs, label that part clearly. A general statement that some links may earn you commission is not sufficient.

Undisclosed advertising is not just a breach of this policy. It is a banned practice under UK consumer protection law (the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024), and the CAP Code requires ads to be obviously identifiable. You are personally responsible for your own content under that law, alongside Kovalabs. The CMA and Trading Standards can take enforcement action against you directly.

3. Approved channels, no spam, and brand-term bidding

  • Promote only through channels you own or have a clear right to use. Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) by email, SMS, messaging apps, or comment posting is not permitted.
  • Do not bid on Kovalabs brand terms (including the "Kovalabs" name, misspellings, and domain variants) in paid search or other paid advertising without our prior written approval.
  • Do not represent yourself as Kovalabs, register confusingly similar domains or accounts, or use our marks except as we approve.
  • Do not present yourself as an ordinary customer, and do not post or commission consumer reviews of Kovalabs or its products anywhere. Because you are paid, any review-style content from you is an advert and must be labelled as one. Concealed incentivised reviews are a banned practice under UK consumer protection law.

4. The commission scheme

  • The standard scheme has two parts: 15% commission on a referred customer's first order, and 5% lifetime recurring commission on that customer's later orders.
  • Larger partners with an established network of researchers can apply for an individually agreed deal. Your exact rates are confirmed when your application is reviewed and shown to you for acceptance before you start; your partner dashboard shows the rates that apply to your account.
  • Commission is calculated on the product subtotal the customer actually pays after any discount. Shipping and any taxes are excluded.
  • Referred customers get 10% off every order they place as standard when they use your code at checkout. Your code is the uppercase form of your referral code and goes live when you accept your partner terms after approval. Sharing your link records the referral to you; unless we have enabled automatic link-discounting for your account, customers who arrive through your link pay the standard price and enter your code to claim the discount. If you have an individually agreed deal with a different customer discount, your dashboard shows your current rate, and that is the rate applied at checkout.
  • Two ways to refer: your link or your code at checkout. Your code gives the customer your discount, which is 10% as standard; a link records attribution and, by default, the customer pays the standard price unless link-discounting is enabled for your account. If both apply, the code takes precedence; either way one commission accrues.
  • Attribution for link referrals is last-click: the 90-day window runs from the customer's most recent visit through your link. Code referrals are not time-windowed: the code applied at checkout credits you directly. Where a link and a code point to different partners, the code prevails.
  • Unattributed sales. If a sale reaches us with no valid attribution to you - no qualifying link visit inside the 90-day window and no partner code at checkout - no commission accrues to any partner and the sale is retained by Kovalabs. Attribution is decided once, when the order is placed, and is not reassigned afterwards.
  • Commissions are held for 30 days, then become payable. Payouts run on or around the 1st of each month in GBP once your approved balance reaches GBP 50.

We may amend this policy, including the commission rates, on at least 30 days' notice by email to your registered partner email address and a notice in your partner dashboard. Any change applies only to commissions accruing after the change takes effect. Material changes to the full programme terms require your re-acceptance.

  • Where we have agreed an individual rate or custom deal with you, the same principle applies: any change is effective-dated, affects only commission accruing after it takes effect, and is recorded with an auditable history.

You are responsible for your own tax on commission payments. We pay commission under a self-billing arrangement and issue a statement with each payout. Approved partners receive the self-billing agreement as part of the full programme terms.

Your dashboard shows, for each order you refer, the date, an order reference, the number of units, the order value after discount, the rate applied, the commission earned, and its status (including any later reversal and its reason), alongside anonymous click counts for your link. Once you have accepted the current programme terms, it also shows the referred customer's name, so you can recognise the orders your referrals generated. The name is provided for that verification purpose only: you must not contact the customer, must not use the name for marketing or list-building, must keep it confidential, and must delete any record of it if we ask or when you leave the programme. You are never shown the customer's contact details or address, and never - under any circumstances - which products were purchased. How we handle your own data as a partner is set out in the affiliate privacy notice.

5. Individual (custom) deals

  • We may agree an individual commission arrangement with you that differs from the standard scheme (a custom deal). Custom deals are at our discretion and are not part of the standard programme.
  • A custom deal applies to commission on every sale credited to you while the deal is in effect - whether credited through your referral code, through your referral link (including a first order tracked only by the link, with no code applied at checkout), or as a recurring order from a customer you have referred. It does not apply to a sale that earns you no commission, such as an unattributed (house) sale. Depending on what we agree, a custom deal either replaces your standard rate on the sales it covers or is paid in addition to it; your partner dashboard shows which applies and the exact terms.
  • Every custom deal is effective-dated. It applies only to orders placed on or after the date it takes effect and never changes commission you have already earned.
  • You can view your active deal and its history at any time in your partner dashboard. We keep an internal record of who set each deal and why.
  • A custom deal is personal to you and is not transferable. We may amend or end it on at least 30 days' notice; if a deal ends, you return to the standard scheme for sales placed after that date.

6. Clawback and withholding

A commission can be withheld or reversed (clawed back from your balance) if the underlying order is refunded, charged back, or cancelled, if the order or referral is fraudulent or self-referred, or if the referral was generated in breach of this policy. Withheld and reversed amounts reduce your payable balance.

A self-referral is any order placed by you or for your own benefit, including orders by members of your household, by a business you own or control, through an account you operate, or paid for by you. Self-referrals earn no commission.

7. Approval, suspension, and termination

Applications are reviewed and approved manually. We may decline any application. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, including for breach of this policy, and we may withhold or reverse commissions tied to non-compliant promotion.

If your participation ends and you are not in breach, commissions you have already earned remain yours. They complete the normal 30-day hold, any refunds or chargebacks are deducted, and the final balance is paid in the next monthly payout run, even if it is below GBP 50. If we terminate for fraud or serious breach, commissions arising from the fraudulent or non-compliant activity are forfeited. Commissions unconnected to the breach remain payable.

Your place in the programme is personal to you. You may not transfer it, or your right to commission, without our written consent.

You may end your participation at any time, without penalty, by giving us 14 days' written notice, and you may cancel within 14 days of accepting the partner agreement without penalty and without giving a reason. Commission validly earned before cancellation is paid in the normal cycle.

Statutory statement (Trading Schemes Regulations 1997). Joining the Kovalabs programme is free: no payment or purchase of any kind is ever required, and commission is paid on referred retail sales only.

It is illegal for a promoter or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved.

8. Status of these terms

This page is a plain-language summary of the Kovalabs referral partner programme policy. When you apply, you acknowledge the promotion rules set out here. If your application is approved, the full Referral Partner Agreement, including your individual commission terms, is presented in your partner dashboard, and you must accept it before your referral link and code are unlocked. Once accepted, the full agreement is the entire agreement between you and Kovalabs for the programme, and it governs where it and this summary differ. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
