The KLOW Blend is four research compounds co-formulated into a single lyophilised vial: KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500, 80mg total. It is supplied as one powder rather than four separate vials, so the compounds are reconstituted together in a fixed ratio set at manufacture. The blend is prepared for controlled laboratory investigation in the UK and is studied in experimental systems for peptide stability, co-formulation behaviour and molecular characterisation. Observed responses depend on concentration, exposure duration, model system, and experimental conditions.
KPV is the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val, the C-terminal fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, CAS 67727-97-3. GHK-Cu is the copper-binding tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine complexed with copper(II). BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide whose sequence corresponds to a partial sequence of a protein isolated from gastric juice. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment corresponding to the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4. The vial contains KPV 10mg, GHK-Cu 50mg, BPC-157 10mg and TB-500 10mg.
They are different products and should not be substituted for one another. The KLOW Stack is four separate vials supplied together, each reconstituted independently, so a researcher sets the concentration of every compound separately. The KLOW Blend is one vial containing all four compounds at a ratio fixed at manufacture, which cannot be varied after reconstitution. A stack allows each compound to be handled as its own variable; a blend does not. Which is appropriate depends entirely on the experimental design.
KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 are supplied in the UK as research chemicals for laboratory use. None of them is a licensed medicine in the UK, and no medicinal claim is made for the blend or for any compound in it. Kovalabs supplies this material strictly for in vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers, and asserts no outcome of any kind for any person or animal. TB-500 is listed on the WADA Prohibited List; that is regulatory context, stated as fact, and not a comment on the compound beyond its status.
A blend is harder to verify than a single compound, because four analytes share one powder and one certificate has to account for all of them. Each batch is released after independent identity and purity testing, with purity assessed by HPLC and identity confirmed against the expected mass for each component. The batch certificate reports every compound present in the vial rather than a single figure for the mixture, and is reachable from the barcode on the vial. Purity refers to chromatographic purity, not to sterility, clinical suitability, or biological activity. A certificate of analysis is not a marketing document; it is the scientific output of analytical testing.
Supplied as a lyophilised powder. Store lyophilised at -20C, kept dry and protected from light; hold reconstituted material at 2-8C. Bacteriostatic water is the usual solvent for reconstitution at the bench and is sold separately. Because the four compounds are already combined, they enter solution together and cannot be separated afterwards by any bench method. Strictly for research purposes only. Not for human consumption.

Store unreconstituted vials at -20°C for long-term, or refrigerated at 2-8°C for short-term use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water down the inside wall of the vial; gently swirl to dissolve. Do not shake.
Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2-8°C and use within 2-4 weeks. Discard if cloudy, discoloured, or particulate.
