CJC-1295 (with DAC) is a synthetic growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue carrying a drug-affinity-complex modification for an extended half-life, studied in research into GHRH-receptor signalling and the GH axis in experimental models.
CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic growth-hormone-releasing-hormone (GHRH) analog bearing a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) moiety that binds serum albumin to extend its plasma half-life. It carries the molecular formula C165H269N47O46, a molecular weight of 3647.2 g/mol and CAS number 446262-90-4. It is supplied as a lyophilised solid for laboratory research.
The DAC version is the long-acting form. The DAC tail is the only difference between this material and the non-DAC peptide sold as a separate research compound: see CJC-1295 (no DAC) for the short-acting analog. Both sit within the same GHRH-receptor class.
CJC-1295 with DAC is not a controlled drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, and it holds no UK marketing authorisation as a medicine. Kovalabs supplies it strictly as a research chemical for laboratory use only. It cannot be sold or labelled for human or veterinary consumption, and responsibility for lawful, compliant handling rests with the purchaser. See our research disclaimer for the full terms.
Each batch is released only after independent analytical testing. Purity is assessed by HPLC at 99% or greater, and identity is confirmed against the expected mass for C165H269N47O46. The compound is cross-referenced to CAS 446262-90-4 and PubChem CID 91971820 so the molecule in the vial matches the published record. Per-batch certificates of analysis are available on the CoA page.
The published literature examines CJC-1295 as a long-acting GHRH-receptor agonist in pre-clinical and pharmacokinetic models, with the DAC moiety studied for its effect on circulating half-life. Anti-doping laboratories also study its detection. None of this establishes a benefit, effect or outcome in humans, and it is not a licensed medicine. The mechanistic and evidence detail is handled in the CJC-1295 DAC research monograph.
CJC-1295 with DAC is manufactured to research grade and shipped as a lyophilised white to off-white powder. For bench work it is reconstituted in bacteriostatic water; store the lyophilised solid at -20C, dry and protected from light, and hold reconstituted material at 2-8C. Browse the full GH-axis category or related research compounds including Ipamorelin and Sermorelin. Supplied for laboratory research use only; not for human or veterinary use.

No third-party batch reports have been uploaded for this product yet. Reports are issued by independent labs after each manufacturing batch.
