CJC-1295 (no DAC), also known as Mod-GRF (1-29), is a synthetic growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue studied in research into GHRH-receptor signalling and pulsatile GH-axis models.
CJC-1295 No DAC is a synthetic 29-amino-acid analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), also called Modified GRF 1-29 or Mod GRF 1-29. It carries the molecular formula C152H252N44O42, a molecular weight of 3367.9 g/mol and CAS number 863288-34-0. It is supplied as a lyophilised reference peptide for laboratory research use only.
The "No DAC" designation marks the difference from the DAC version: this variant omits the Drug Affinity Complex modification that prolongs circulating half-life, so it is the short-acting form. Both are studied as ligands at the GHRH receptor. The molecule is frequently referenced alongside the GH-secretagogue ipamorelin in receptor-pharmacology literature, which is an identity and comparison relationship only, not a protocol for any use in humans.
CJC-1295 No DAC is not a controlled drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, and it is not scheduled. It is supplied strictly as a research chemical for in-vitro and laboratory investigation. It is not a licensed medicine and cannot be sold or supplied for human or veterinary consumption. The purchaser is responsible for compliant handling, storage and disposal under their own institutional and legal obligations. See our research disclaimer for the full terms.
Each batch is released only after independent analytical testing. Purity is assessed by HPLC at 99% or higher, and identity is confirmed against the expected mass for C152H252N44O42 (3367.9 g/mol, CAS 863288-34-0). The PubChem record (CID 56841945) carries the canonical chemical identifiers used to verify the material. A certificate of analysis is available for every batch; browse the current set on our certificates of analysis page.
The published literature examines CJC-1295 No DAC as a GHRH-receptor agonist in pre-clinical and in-vitro model systems, including its short-acting pharmacokinetic profile relative to the DAC analogue. Search queries around side effects and benefits sit in this same research area. None of this work establishes a benefit, effect or outcome in humans, and the material is not a licensed medicine. The mechanistic detail and the evidence base are covered in our CJC-1295 No DAC research monograph.
The peptide ships as a lyophilised white to off-white solid. Store the lyophilised vial at -20C, kept dry and protected from light; hold reconstituted material at 2-8C. For bench work it is reconstituted with a solvent such as bacteriostatic water, which Kovalabs stocks as a separate research consumable. CJC-1295 No DAC sits in the GH-axis category alongside related research peptides including CJC-1295 DAC, ipamorelin and sermorelin.

No third-party batch reports have been uploaded for this product yet. Reports are issued by independent labs after each manufacturing batch.
