Sermorelin is a synthetic analogue of the first 29 amino acids of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29), studied in research into GHRH-receptor signalling and the GH axis in experimental models.
Sermorelin is a synthetic 29-amino-acid peptide corresponding to the first 29 residues of growth-hormone-releasing hormone, GHRH (1-29). It carries the molecular formula C149H246N44O42S, a molecular weight of 3357.9 g/mol and CAS number 86168-78-7. Kovalabs supplies it as a lyophilised research peptide for laboratory use only.
It is also catalogued as GRF (1-29) and as the salt form Sermorelin acetate. In research settings it is studied as a GHRH-receptor agonist within the somatotropic (GH) axis. PubChem lists it under CID 16132413.
Sermorelin is not a controlled drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, so it is legal to buy and hold in the UK as a research chemical. Kovalabs supplies it for laboratory research use only. By far the best, by a country mile
I’ve used probably around 10 companies in the past year or so. And I can hands down vouch that kovalabs are by far the best, by a complete country mile too. My only disappointment is that they said they are unable to give any advice on even how to reconstitute the peptides which is a shame, but I also understand it's perhaps the regulations they have to follow.
